What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and understand how you use it. Clarvia uses a minimal set of cookies to keep the service running smoothly.

Essential cookies
These cookies are required for Clarvia to function. They handle authentication and remember your preferences (theme, language). Without them, you would not be able to sign in or use the service. These cookies cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies
We use anonymized product analytics to understand which features are used and where users run into issues. Analytics cookies are only placed with your prior consent, which we collect via a cookie consent banner when you first visit the site. You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting the cookie settings in the consent banner or by contacting us at [email protected]. We never use analytics cookies for advertising or retargeting.
Cookies we do NOT use
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- No third-party marketing pixels (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.).
- No cross-site tracking.
Your consent and choices
Under EU and Norwegian law (Personopplysningsloven, ekomloven §2-7b), non-essential cookies require your prior, freely given consent. When you first visit Clarvia, a cookie consent banner will ask for your permission before placing analytics cookies. You can change your preferences at any time using the Manage preferences link below, or by contacting us.
- opens the consent banner so you can grant or withdraw analytics cookies straight away. Your choice is saved on this device immediately.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to Clarvia.
