Clarvia

Get named when your customers ask AI.

When someone asks an AI assistant who they should use, a few names come back. Clarvia measures whether yours is one of them, and fixes the pages that decide it.

A fix goes live on the page itself: before and after, side by side.

Search moved into the conversation.

People no longer type three words into a search box and work down ten blue links. They ask a question and get one answer, with a few names in it.

You cannot control what the assistant answers. You can control what it has to read about you.

How it works

Three steps. You can see what happens in each of them.

  1. We read your site

We pull the Pages that matter to a buying decision, extract the facts you confirm yourself, and set up the Questions your customers actually ask.

The scan running from a web address to a finished result.
  2. You publish the Fixes

Every fix shows before and after, which question it answers, and what was missing. You approve, we publish it on the page, and we fetch the page again to confirm it landed.

A fix going live on the page itself.
  3. You see whether it worked

We ask the questions again and count how many answers you are Named in. Each publish is a marker on the line, so you can see what moved the number.

The count of questions you are named in, with a marker where the fix went live.

We track Perplexity, Gemini and ChatGPT, and only answers grounded in the web. Claude is shown as not tracked, because we do not have such an answer surface there.

What there is to show

Who is behind it

Clarvia is built in Norway by two founders: Katrina Thunem, chief executive, and Dzianis Makarevich, chief technology officer. We built the tool we were missing ourselves: a way to see whether AI assistants name you, and a way to do something about it the same day.

What this covers

The work this covers is otherwise done by an agency on retainer or a specialist hire: following what the AI services answer, rewriting the pages, publishing the changes and reporting what moved.

Two promises

  • 14-day money-back on the first invoice.
  • No fix published in 30 days? Then we book a call and do it with you.

Questions and answers

  • What does Clarvia do?

We ask the AI services the questions your customers ask, count how many answers you are named in, and show what is missing on your pages for you to be named more often. Then we publish the changes on your site.

  • Which AI services do you measure?

Perplexity, Gemini and ChatGPT, and only answers grounded in the web, because those are the answers that can point at a page. Claude is listed as not tracked, because we do not have such an answer surface there.

  • What is a question?

A sentence a customer would write to an assistant, for instance who delivers a service in an area. You get 20 per site per language, and you confirm them yourself during setup.

  • Do you change my site?

Only when you press publish, and only through the publishing system you connect yourself. Every publish can be undone, and we fetch the page again afterwards to confirm the change is there.

  • Do I need a developer?

No. You connect the publishing system once, the first time you publish. The rest happens in Clarvia.

  • What if an AI service says something wrong about us?

We mark the answer as a wrong fact and say which detail is off. You confirm the correct facts during setup, and we use them both in the text we propose and to catch the error.

  • What if it does not work for us?

You get your money back within 14 days of the first invoice. Annual billing runs to the end of the year you paid for, with no refund of the remaining months.

  • Where is the data kept?

In the EU. Copies of pages are deleted after 30 days, scan history after 24 months, and the answers from the AI services after 12 months. Delete the account and everything is gone within 30 days.
