How do I get ChatGPT and other AI tools to name my business?
AI tools name businesses whose websites clearly answer what customers ask. Clarvia asks the AI tools those same questions, shows you where you are missing, and writes the changes your pages need. You approve each change before it goes live.
Is this different from normal SEO? Do I need both?
They work well together. Normal SEO helps you show up in Google's list of links. An AI tool goes a step further: it writes one answer and names just a few businesses. Clear pages that answer real questions help with both.
How long does it take before AI names us?
There is no fixed time, so we never promise a date. Each AI tool updates at its own pace. Clarvia asks your questions again on a regular schedule and marks every change on your chart, so you can see what happened after it went live.
Which AI tools do you check?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. We count the answers they build from what they find on the web, because those are the answers your website can change.
Do I need a developer? Will you change my site without asking?
You don't need a developer for WordPress or Shopify, and nothing changes until you press Publish. There you connect your site once, and we publish for you. On Contentful and Sanity we send the change as a draft for you to publish. Any site that can receive a webhook, including sites built with Claude or other AI tools, can take the changes directly once the webhook is set up. On other sites you copy the new text and paste it in. Every change can be undone, and we check the page afterwards.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. On a monthly plan you keep Clarvia until the end of the month you have paid for. Then it stops, with no more charges. A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. If Clarvia isn't right for you, you get your money back when you ask within 14 days of your first invoice.
