The customer app is now the five-item shell: Improve, Setup, History, Competitors, Account. The old /dashboard, /projects, /results and /settings screens redirect to their replacements, so existing links and bookmarks keep working

Help page - one accurate page at /help covering what each of the five screens does, in English and Norwegian

Error boundary - if a customer screen crashes it now shows a bilingual recovery page with a retry button instead of an English-only fallback

Supersedes the 2026-04-28 note below: the /dashboard/projects, /dashboard/billing, /dashboard/usage and /dashboard/settings aliases were retired with the pages behind them. /dashboard, /settings, /projects and /usage still redirect

AvaChat - second message no longer ghosts; switched the inflight guard to a useRef so closure-staleness can't lock the input out

AvaChat panel - clamps width on narrow viewports so the chat no longer overflows on mid-size laptops/tablets

Page titles - fixed brand stutter ("Sign in - Clarvia | Clarvia"); /request-access now has the right title

Sidebar workspace initials - "Dzianis & Katrina" now renders as "DK" instead of "D&"; unicode-aware so Norwegian names work

Dashboard "pages needing attention" - labels strip the https:// prefix and fall back to bare domain (katrinathunem.com, not the truncated URL)

Mobile nav drawer - removed the duplicate "Log in" link; top mobile bar already shows it

Hero score-card mockup - sub-scores (81 / 68 / 70) now actually average to the displayed 73

CaseStudy self-score - shows all 8 dimensions instead of 5; honest about Freshness and Visibility lows

AvaChat trigger button - added aria-label for screen readers

Pricing - removed the launch-pricing countdown banner; the spots-remaining counter does the same job without the manipulative feel

Pricing copy - Norwegian translations for the section headline, subcopy, spots banner, lock-in note, and guarantee box (was English-only on the NO locale)
